Terms and Conditions
◆Prior to the Start of Work, full payment must be provided, or a 50% up-front charge depending on the client and artist's agreement. If payment is made in installments (i.e. 50% up advance), ownership of the Commission passes from the Artist to the Client only after full payment is received. Purchaser will not receive the Commission until the agreed-upon payment amount has been received.◆In accordance with Copyright Law, the Artist will not replicate a Copyrighted or Trademarked image or character without the express written consent of the Copyright or Trademark owner.◆Prior to entering into a Commission Agreement, the Client must specify the content of their Commission to the best of their ability. Additional illustration fees will apply to the following conditions.◇ Having more than 1 character in an illustration. Each extra character will be charged for $50-$100 depending on complexity.
◇Making small and big changes in the art will be charged from $50 depending on complexity.◆Commissions will be provided to the Client via email or an online download location in jpeg , png, or gif format.
